Well, last week I sent them an email regarding my control arm/ball joint assembly from one of my packages that wasn't in either of my two packages. The package appeared to have some damage, and one of the strut-boot boxes inside was torn open (as well as my packing slip being torn in half). But the box that the other control arm/ball joint came in from moog, couldn't even fit in this damaged package to begin with.
. I called them today since I had not yet recieved a response.
After explaining my situation to a rep. for a few minutes, he said that he would have a replacement part sent out if I would like.
I've never had any trouble ordering from rock-auto in the past, and I now know they have great customer service — I didn't even have to wait for a billion minutes listening to 'elevator' music play into my ear.
