Well, they have always done really good, this is the first time they have messed up, and they messed up BIG.

This happened all in one order...

They sent...

OHV water pump
wrong front pads
wrong rear rotors
wrong brake cables
wrong front sway bar endlinks

The sad part is they came in three boxes from 3 different locations...

I got the OHV waterpump a few years ago, so I feel your pain. I told them about it at the time (that it was listed incorrectly in the SHO model) but I guess that doesn't help much.
I sent it back by mail from Canada and it cost me almost $40.00. Kind of a shock.

They actually told me to keep the water pump and refunded my money...
