replacing window track

one of the plastic "fingers" inside the door on my passengerside that holds the window glass inplace when down is broken. now when i roll the window too far down, it poppes out of it's track. i have parts cars with good tracks, but how hard is that part to replace? anyone got a good procedure?

Isn't that part riveted on? If so you can easily drill it out the center then chisel it off.
