fisrst off i broke the starter igintion relay and so i tried to zip tie and super glue it back together... i know bad idea... well it broke/fell apart and the wires were continuosly touching causing the starter to be on even thought the engine was running... bad sound! i got out and quickly seperated them...
next day got a new one... started er up just a whine and no turning over what so ever... now i replaced it with a used starter and same thing...

i have no idea what it could be at this point...
i've heard maybe a fuse or the wires themselves...
could it be that the flywheel teeth are now stripped...?

any help would be hugely appreciated...
especially since i shouldve been at work 15 minutes ago...
no use worrying about that now...

The teeth on the ring gear of the fly wheel is probably ground off. Easy enough to check, pull the starter off again and look at it.

Yea, thats my bet, the flywheel is worn or when doing so one of your cables connecting to it shorted.
