Removing corner light bulbs

I know this sounds stupid but what is the easiest way to pull them out. They looked like there tucked up in the fender. Do I have to pull the whole lense assemble out? How many nuts are holding it on. Also about how long does it take to change a water pump? Thanks for the help.

Corner marker has to come out. There is the obvious phillups head screw, plus the 2 nuts at the front corner - that's it. I did my pump, timing belt and cps in less than four hours (with air tools)
