Reinstalling Intake Runners

Hey, I'm putting the intake runners back on my '95 ATX & forgot how a couple things go. First off, does anybody know where this bolt in the pictures go? Second, I'm not sure how the hoses that run underneath the runners from the secondary actuators (I guess that's what they are) to the black plastic thing.

Looks like one of the shorter bolts that bolt the crossover tube down.

Sorry for the bad quality of the pic, I had to use my old camera phone. This bolt has a longer shank (the unthreaded part) than all the other bolts though.

Looks like the bolt that holds the bracket on the intake that supports the heater hoses below the TB or the single one that holds the front portion of the front tank down to its bracket close to the TB.
