rear windows and cd player

My SHO has a couple electical problems but I'll only bring up two. Hope you guys can help

1. I can lower the rear windows using the driver controls but can only raising them using the specific window control (for example I can lower the back right window while driving but can only raise it back up by reaching back to the the control on the right-passenger door. Any ideas to fix this?

2. The CD player was working all right a couple days ago. Sometimes when I would start the car, the player would make a repeated clicking noise and it take a powering off & on to get the cd to play or eject. Now, the player won't even take a cd. I think a cd-cleaner would do the trick but I don't want to purchase one and not have the player take it in. What should I do?

shocruizin, I just fixed the same window problem on my SHO yesterday. You need a new master switch for the driver door. Find someone parting a car and there you go. Be sure to mention leaving enough wire to make stripping and splicing easy.

The factory cd player is a confirmed piece of crap. If you aren't a stickler for stock components I would suggest an aftermarket stereo. Just my opinion here. thumbs_u

amen to that luigisho.... My cd player did the EXACT little shpeal (sp?)off and on, I finally broke down and bought a clarion cd player with the wiring kit, and before long, i had some tweeters, mids, and some budget subs.... GOOD LUCK!
