Ok I know I know the info on this, but I'm drawing a blank.

Rear SHO discs size are what for a 90-92 (vented I know) and then the solid ones from 93-99.

I'm in the process of mocking up a spacer to move the vented front rotors from a 94-95 SHO to the rear in an effort to offer rear vented, with a slight size increase without going to an 11.6 heavy rotor. Using 92 calipers, and brackets, but using the standard 94-95 rear hub backing plates for ease of upgrade.

Were the rears like 10.2 or something?

and does anyone know the weights of say the 90-92 rear vented, the 93-99 solids, the 94-95 fronts, and 96+ fronts?

Thanks

You are going to find that with the parts you have listed, it won't work. The mounting plates differ,,,thats the plates that attach to the spindle. You can't attach a vented bracket to a solid plate. The holes are off by about 9mm. In going from a 10" to a 11" rotor you are only moving the caliper out 1/2 the difference,,or 1/2". Basically the holes will be right next to each other, no room for an adapter between them. Fabricating a new mounting plate will do the trick. The hubs are also different, solid hubs are 3mm narrower than vented hubs, just enought to make the rotor contact the brackets. As a refresher, with the exception of the E brake cable and the actual spindle, none of the rear brake parts are interchangeable between a solid system and a vented system. You can swap entire systems, but you can't swap parts between them.
