rear brake lockup again

so my rear brakes are locking up again. i just replaced the calipers last year along with the stainless steel brake lines on them too. i am going to guess that it is the emergency brake cables that are causing this. so i got new ones and i am going to put them on tom. if anyone else could let me know whats going on i would be very happy.

Locking up with the pedal or not fully disengaging?

like it is not disengaging all the way i smell it burning after i drive the car a while

might be the ebrake cable, you can adjust it. You might also want to check the proportioning valve.

well i am going to be replacing the ebrake cable but how do u check the proportioning valve?
