RCM dont care

more than two mont ago i ordered a clutch and other parts the other parts came in nicely im still waiting the clutch, more tna three weeks ago the e mail me after two weeks of daily e mails by my part, they said how sorry they are but the clutch is still in back order or somthing neither Russ or Mark have cared to e mail and give just an answer,
maybe because i live in costa rica they dont care i have all the paypal information to prove this.

a week more of waittin for an answer fron RCM automotive,
not a word from them, they dont care, or they closed and never send the clutch. the paypal transaction for the clutch is dated in june. at least they should respond their e mails.

i did not know why, but now i Know the reason is because paypal canot do nothing about this, because i live in Costa Rica and because of that i cannot do anything to have my money back. Im Robed thats the thruth. i have all the pay pal documentation to prove this. i can post a photo of the transaction voucher/hope someone reads this. this is my only line of defense agains this people.

one time i ordered motor mounts from rcm and waited 3 months. sometimes theres nothing he can do if its backordered and hes not gonna refund the money cuz he wants the profit. so just wait i guess.

Check your SPAM folder and make sure his emails were not sent there. Try PMing him here (he is a member now)

I had the same problem with rcm on clutch. Spam mail bull . No reply at all.

My friend "boat" had to wait for his stuff. He got it. Some stuff is most likley on back order.

I ordered stuff from them a while back. Quick replies until I ordered. Then no reply for 2 months. I posted a thread here, got the stuff 2 weeks later, it showed the shipped date as the day after I posted.

Im still waiting for an Intake Manifold from them, been close to 2 months, I ordered a TPS about 2 weeks ago from them,and got it already! No Intake yet though!!!

I have placed a few orders at RCM as of late. Sometimes the shipping is super fast, sometimes it takes a little while. I would say that it probably has to do with them being a smaller company and not keeping every single thing on their shelves. Im not saying the 2+ months you are waiting is right in any way. I will say that EVERY order I have gotten has been very well packaged and always the right parts/what I ordered.
