So I just started to get a rattle in the motor top of motor to be exact. I'm thinking its going to be a timing belt tensioner again. I just replaced it last october and bought it off the forum. I was driving to work and it started again yesterday with the same noise as the first time. The car has roughly 200k. When i start it up there is rattle coming from timing area. The first time it rattled it did it when the tension was let loose from timing belt. But this time its doing it at all rpm's while driving. I just took the cover off and it looks like the belts moving a little. It is an atx 93. any input would be good.

I don't know if I posted about this before when your first one let go, but I convert the ATX timing belt tensioners. I can convert it to a manual tensioner that will not fail. It uses the stock housing and mounting points just needs to be tightened and your all set. If your interested you can PM me or check my classified ad.
