That type of leak usually responds well to Barr's Stop Leak. Until you can get the radiator replaced, this can save you a lot of water and coolant and may even stop the leak completely. You can keep sufficient fluid in the expansion bottle, but unless the cooling system is sealed, coolant inventory can be lost in the engine. Keep close tabs on the level in the radiator only when the engine is cool.
