Question for those with Llyod mats..

Did you get Black or Ebony? Trying to decide which is the closest match to our 'black' interior

I believe I got black and it is darker than the actual carpet. I don't know for sure if ebony is a lighter shade. Maybe you could call them to confirm this.

I checked and I did indeed order that black mats. Here's a picture of what they look like. The camera accentuates the color difference, it isn't that bad. Sorry about the mat being dirty.



I can't say if the ebony mat will be a better or worse match. Like I said, I would call them.

Just a thought, why not go with gray or dark gray. I did that with the Weathertech mats and they contrast nicely with the black of the carpet. The plus with the gray is that they do not show dirt nearly as bad as the black mats. I had black mats in my last vehicle and it was impossible to keep them looking even halfway clean. Gray hides some of the dirt, and no that has been in my SHO has any negative comments about the gray mats with the black interior.

Lloyd mats do indeed have a black and an ebony. The ebony is lighter. Here is a pic of ebony Lloyd mats in my '04 CTS-V. My '09 also has ebony Lloyd mats but with a black interior. Sorry I don't have a pic of that as it would show better. With the black interior of my '09 V, the ebony mats are almost identical, if not a slight shade lighter. But much better than the pic in the above post...
