I am currently moving away from the ford taurus. I've officially sold my SHO today. A fellow car buddy of mine was in an accident last month and was without a car for quite some time. I did a good deed and asked if he'd be interested in my 2015 SHO. He accepted it and we shook hands on the deal. I felt bad but i did what i felt was right. My car was still running great at 129k. I saw a marketplace Ad for a tuxedo black metallic 2014 Lincoln MKS Ecoboost w/147k but you wouldn't be able to tell if it had that many miles. It was well kept, maintained and was even detailed and washed before i purchased it today. It has all factory floor mats including the rubber floor mats and owners manual. It was a joy to drive back home! For now ill be stepping down from here. You've all been extremely helpful but ill be popping in every so often to help! Cheers!

Why are you leaving? That MKS is literally the same car as the SHO, but luxurious.

Indeed. SHO in a Tux. I have a '16 Ecoboost MKS with every option and clean as a pin. You will find the seats are more comfortable than the SHO, and it is a bit quieter.

You nailed it! I have a 2014 tuxedo black metallic MKS Ecoboost. Not sure which package it has, i know it has just about everything except lane keep assist, parallel park assist, adaptive cruise control & my least favorite the forward collision warning system. Black on black too! 20260419 133845

I was so confused. I really wanted an MKS as well. However, the styling was just off for me. Plus owning a Gen 2 SHO, I really wanted a Gen 5.

Nice looking car dude, hopefully you will stick around.

All good man! Ill be around, but thank you! Ive warmed up to the look of the MKS and it's a different animal compared to the SHO.

I agree that it is not the best-looking vehicle on the road by any means. When I purchased it 2 years ago, I was shopping for a 2016/2017 SHO (I wanted Android Auto compatibility) and found the prices for the SHO were, on average, about 5K more with similar mileage to the same model year MKS Ecoboost. It is the same car, so I decided to save the coin, get better/more comfortable seats, and find one with every option. Overall, I am happy with it, even though it is not as good-looking as the SHO. Still, not nearly as refined or nice to drive as the car it replaced, my A7 Prestige. Oh well, 85% of the car (A7) for 50% of the money.
