Do you guys owning the the EPP dual intake go through the same PIA when swapping filters or is it just me? The heat shield and pipes fit properly but I can’t for the life of me get the filter out without bending or damaging it every time because of the support bracket on the driver’s side which holds the hood sensor switch.
I’ve had the intake for almost two years and it takes me 20-30 minutes to swap filters every time. There must be an easier way or something wrong with my installation.
Here’s a gift hack that I learned as a thank you in advance: You can just throw the filter in your dishwasher machine (after taking permission) and it will come out brand new with zero effort. Don’t use the extra heat function though.
