I took my car to get the pulleys installed today and guess what happened...

NOTHING!!!!

The shop couldn't get the alternator pulley off, no matter what they did...

soooooo.....

The guy gave me a name and number of a shop that apparently HAS done this before and can do it, no problem.

I wasn't charged anything, which is nice and if I had an import, I'd take it to these guys, they were really cool with me.

I'll be sure to let you all know how it went as soon as I get this done...

I'm starting to really get frustrated with this friggin car!!!

When it comes to a SHO, I'll believe anything unfortunately.
Sorry you had the problems. Seems like a lot of people encounter the 'two steps forward one step back' situation when they try doing things to their SHOs.
Hope the other shop can take care of you!
