So I was driving home tonight and everything was going great. I coasted to a stop sign and when I went to take off, the car started to bog, the clutch pedal got real gritty on the release and required about 2000 revs to keep it happy. Driving after getting it started is fine. it shifts fine and no issues going into gear. There doesn't seem to be a lot of effort required to get the pedal to move but I don't really feel a spot where the clutch starts to grab. I'm kinda up Shit's creek but I'm thinking this fix is going to require dropping the subframe and trans.

Dropping the sub frame is easy. Use a lot of break-free. Follow the directions found here and take your time. Good luck.
