Yes sir. I am actually going to buy a Banks iDash with the Air Mouse so I can watch and datalog all of that as well. It will really be useful with the Extreme Heat here in AZ and A2W set up.

This is why I chuckle when I see all of the "CAI" on the market for our car. We need a true engine heat isolated ram air set up drawing air from the outside.
This is probably a stupid question. But I'm good at coming up with those. LOL
Has anyone tried using the intake manifold from the 3.5 l EcoBoost truck engine. I realize that throttle body is in the wrong place, but it's a plastic intake and butt ugly in my opinion. Shouldn't using this ugly POS, be able to help with air temperatures and air density.
Just a thought.

Nope..runners are at completely different angle...not usable. our runner ports on the heads are parallel to the ground, the trucks are in line with the angle of the head.

I didn't know that I'm going to have to look at that. Weird that they changed it for the truck but different application.

Edit:
I found this in a video of a tear down that Ford did of a 3.5 EcoBoost after a torture test. I did a screen capture and it shows the ports being parallel to the ground.

From what I can see the mounting is very similar although the heads themselves are very different because of the application. It looks to me that the ports and the mounting bolts are in similar positions. Course you would have to come up with a remedy for the coolant crossover and thermostat. Might require a sharing intake manifold and coolant crossover attachment Bolt.
Of course I'm just thinking out loud on this. So don't take it too seriously.

Ports are a slightly different shape as well, even on the Gen 1. Truck version is more "sqaure" while ours is more "oval". Sure, an adapter plate would solve this, but...

...basically, intake manifold off a truck 3.5 isn't an option, with all the customizing you'd have to do. You'd be better off having a custom one either 3d printed or made from billet with the specs you'd want....

There's a billet intake manifold available for the Raptor, so it's been done before...just gonna cost a lot, lol.
