Ok guys...

The car is very hard to put into 1st gear, and reverse is a trick also...

Does this sound like the Pressure plate or a T/O bearing problem...

Any suggestions...

is it cold out??..sometimes i have to put mine in second first...or roll the car just a touch to get things to line up properly...i don't think i have a problem, i think it's just a result of a poorly designed transmission...

It's the PP getting close to busted as a result of a junk TOB. The TOB when junk will always trash the PP. I bet you'll get in there and find the disc absolutely pristine.

Its odd, It acts like this most of the time....but on occasion...It will work perfectly....sounds like the TOB is junking....cone to think of it I can hear it making noises sometimes.
