Power Windows

Anyone have any trouble with the windows going up and down slow as heck?
how did you fix it?

You need to pull the interior door panels to gain access so that you can clean and **** up the window tracks (white lithium grease in a spray can w/straw works well for this).

You might even do what I did and go a little further by unbolting the window lift motors from the doors, taking them apart, cleaning out any dirt or corrosion, removing any old grease and then applying some fresh silicone dielectric grease. Should work good as new.
