I can roll down all my windows from the dr door but I cant roll up the rear pass side from the dr door. If i use the switch on the rear pass door itself it will go up.

Could it just be the switch? Or do I need to trace wires?

I had the same problem on my 95. It was the driver switch that had gone bad. It's a simple fix.

This happened in my green ATX with the passenger's window. I took apart the driver's side switch cluster, pulled the metal contactors down a little for better contacting and I put dabs of dialectric grease on everything. Works like new.

Semi related topic, My windows are really really slow. I dont know if its friction between the glass and the seals. or the track is sticky, or the motors are worn. Is this common?

Had the same problem with my 92 mtx, but as of yesterday the problem fixed itself.
Problem was i could not roll the pass. front window up or down from driver side switch so I washed my car and now all of a sudden it works like nothing happened..

I'm telling you guys, pull the switch, pull the tabs out a little, put some dielectric grease on the ends and re-assemble. It works like a champ.

wondering, will that work for a dash light switch. The one on the left side of the drivers side under the steering wheel. The one that dims and lightens the driver info center?

That's a rheostat not a switch and built completely differently than the window switches.
