power outlets

need to add another power outlet [12v] or two to my 98SHO. is there enough depth behind vinyl or carpet passenger side of forward half of center console [want to know before I open up console] or does anyone know where I can find an add/on outlet that doesn't look too cheesy? ones I've seen around here don't fit our interiors and look too much like a cheap add/on IMO.

Maybe right next to the other one in place of the ash tray?

Below the console and towards the front, the carpeted area will pull out and hinge. Easiest done from the passanger side. Pull the bottom out first as the top has a small tab. Plently of room here for wiring.

When we got our 98 it has two extra outlets on the left side on the shift ***. Very professional job with a switch to turn them on. Will take a picture tommorow so you can see!
