To be complete you need the retainer, the longer twist zeus thingy, and rubber spacer. I lost my cover at a very high rate of speed and ended up buying a couple of sets.

The "zeus thingy, and rubber spacer" come with the new "under cover" from Ford. The aftermarket covers do not. It would have slipped right in, if the pictured retainer was still in the frame.

What is interesting (and confusing) is that I tried to find that retainer through the Tasca Ford lookup, and every clip I found was commented as coming with the new cover. Obviously, it does not, and I was NOT going to question Tasca Ford, and wait another two weeks to get this $5 part. Couldn't find it through a search on Rock Auto either. Ordered through eBay, and will be here in a couple days. I supposed I could have tried my local Ford dealer, but... well... you know how they are.

I bought all of my fasteners ect directly from my local Ford Dealer. I wanted hands on confirmation and it all in all it was pretty cheap.
