JE Pistons make piston for the SHO both 3.0 and 3.2 with different compressions. SHONut also sell Weisco Pistons with different compressions too.

Wiseco and JE (Ross makes 3.0 pistons too IIRC). If you are going with new pistons, you'll need machine work for the block; you'll also be spending the extra money so I don't see any point in keeping it 3.0. You may as well do a 3.2 or a 3.3. If you use pistons other than what came attached to your rods, get the rotating assembly balanced.

I just used factory 3.2 pistons. I overbored a 1994 3.0 block (technically the 93-95 blocks are better for overboring) and had the entire rotating assembly balanced.

The next time I get a few hours of daylight and "warm" weather I should be able to crank her over and get the beast back on the road. Hopefully this weekend...
