Pin-Out for IRCM/CCRM?

I've been chasing a fuel pump problem on my Black '91 for 6 months now. The power at the pump was in the area of 3 volts. Pulled the output to the pump from the IRCM and took it directly to the battery, it works perfectly.

Does anyone have a pinout of the IRCM plug? I've swapped it with two other known working ones and I still have the problem.

Did you check the dropping resistor on the firewall?

I haven't yet, but I have spares so I could swap it out and see. How does it relate to the fuel system?

The CCRM pinout is posted as a sticky in the Electronics forum.

The 91 did not use the dropping resistor, only the 89 and 90 had that.

Low Fuel Pump
High Fan Control
High Fuel Pump
Wide-open A/C Cut-off
