Phantom Windshield Wipers!

As there isn't a windshield wiper section I decided to post this here... :swing:


'95 MTX.

Whenever I start the car and it's "cold" out, (60 degrees or colder) the windshield wipers will turn on as if I'd pressed the windshield washer button, (three swipes). It does this without fail anytime it's cold out.

Any ideas?

Clean the wash switch at the end of the MFS. Pop the cap off, remove the screw, clean clean clean.

Then put it all back together and hope it works.

X2 clean the contacts on the end of the 3 way switch:wave:
