Yep. He will email you after your order or within a day with what he needs you to do before your tune. Then will send a config file for you to datalog. First tune isn't mind blowing but after data logging a couple times it will give you the "permagrin". Great guy to deal with just like livernois from what I have heard.

No, I meant they will have a setup soon where there is an individual injector for each cylinder right off the intake manifold, instead of a single injector for the entire engine. PFI, if you will, but with methanol. An existing setup from ProMeth:

Livernois will also tune remotely, just not with a dyno. Basically you tell them what changes you need, they will email you the updated tunes if those changes are possible. No dyno needed.

I spent the money with Torrie I hit him up by email before I purchased. For the two tunes with this purchase he hooked me up with a 91 safe tune. Base tune on 91 knocked with our bad fuel. A safe 91 down pipe tune. And a killer e20 tune. Now I just did a stage 2 meth setup from him And he tuned. #4 nozzle 225ml washer fluid heet mix $3 bucks a gallon . And a Tune for a 100% pure #6 625 ml nozzle $8.60 a gallon . Since I purchased the kit from him. If you don't pay full price snow will not warranty. Vs buying the kit cheaper void warranty plus the 150 for a tune from Torrie that's if you have a sct programmer.

Torrie don't talk much so do waste too much time asking questions. You send him a revision (all the help on the sct web shows you everything you need. Car will need to learn after the tune read up on that log send it back tell him what u want. And boom revisions in the mail. Log it send it back and further go up. Stops when your happy or when the car hits its limits.

It's still asleep. Data log for your revision. Starts getting good. Mine took 7 revisions and mine was dialed on e20. Had toTurned it down 3 on the 91 only base tune. Added e20 and completely different car stops the knock and allowed me to turn it way up

Greetings, I have been catching up on my reading lately and just when I thought I knew exactly what I wanted you guys have completely changed my mind. So just for the record I am going to summarize some of what I have learned and you guys tell me if I got it wrong.
- Livernois and Unleashed are about the same when it comes to Customer service and quality of tunes / equipment and the general customer satisfaction
- Unleashed is cheaper on equipment and if you search around the internet and source from many different sources its even cheaper.
- The SCT tuner that Unleashed uses is much more versatile then the one provided from Livernois in that it provides Data logging, Can be used as a Gauge to monitor engine parameters if left plugged in and mounted.
- Using the Data logging feature you can email your information in and fine tune your performance to meet your needs.
So did I get the thread right and or miss anything or did I get it all wrong, Thanks to anyone who posted and reply's Have a great SHO day

Im still new to all this datalog. Should i break in the tune to start loggin or atart right away for next revision? How much are each revision from torrie?

Free comes with the tune you paid for. Put some highway miles and town. It will starts shifting smoothly when it done learning for the most part. I found a good rd for a 0 to 120+ or 100 no boosted launch. I was able to watch the logs and learn a lot. 0 to 100+ log times revisions your will see the 0 to 60s and all times improve. It's fun

Mechanical warranty was a few grand, when stuff starts to break down I'll rebuild and cover the difference with performance in mind. I am going to stick to the heavy service schedule and hope for the best. 11.9 is very impressive! I want my v6 to throw my horses then my brothers srt8

I lol same rd every time ball park. Everyday weather is different and so is da for instance I've seen 5k to 8 k not good but smash lots of n/a v8 are in 14s and 15s here new marrows and 5.0 mustangs

i was messing wit my livewire ts but doesnt have to monitor knock or trany temp? I just did the update last night so it should be(up to date)

I would say you pretty well have it except if you get a tune from Torrie you must datalog. From seat of the pants evaluation and running other cars tuned by Livernois if you run the stock tune Torrie gives you your car will getting a butt whipping from a Livernois tune. What You recieve from Torrie first off is very conservative. You MUST datalog. Will seem a little quicker when you load the tune but much more on the table if you datalog.

WOW I guess my HS teachers where wrong you can teach a rock, anyway I really don't want to data log but I also really want to have the versatility/gauges of the SCT tuner and the bottom line is always price. So that brings up a few questions, can you change your SHO tune on the fly and can he created specific tunes. I think you would want a Quarter Mile tune and Aggressive driving tune etc depending on your driving.
