Password Reset??

I need help resetting my password.

I couldn't remember my current password so I selected "Forgotten Password' option. Everything went fine to login with the new temp password that was emailed to me, but when I tried to change it and use the emailed to me password, it didn't recognize it as the 'existing password' and wouldn't let me change it.

Anyone? Jordan, can you help? What is his screen name anyway?
