I have a 2010 SHO PP, a while back I replaced my drivers side CV axle and I had bought the pair for both sides so I can replace the passenger side too. I didn't quite get to it and now its needing to be replaced so got it all taken apart to find out the axle splines are just too big to fit. Side by side comparison with the axle I removed you can also clearly see its bigger.

It has been too long to contact the parts company and I don't know if i ordered the wrong parts or not.

The drivers side from the Kit fits and the passenger side doesn't.

I'm not sure if there's a specific passenger side cv axle for the PP SHO but I can't find anything regarding different splines on the passenger axle.

Can anyone help?

Is there a part # on the one you took out? If so, I'd Google that and compare it against the one you bought. Or call the supplier of the one you bought and ask them to confirm what vehicle it's for.

Sounds like you'll have to cross the OEM part AA5Z-3B436-A with an aftermarket one. I'm seeing this as 2010-2012 only.

IIRC, there was a change along the way that required changing the intermediate shaft as both the original shafts were discontinued. This should be the part number for the new intermediate shaft:

DG1Z-3A329-E

Changing that will allow the TX833 Motorcraft DG1Z-3B436-E to fit.

You should check with a Ford dealer to verify.
