2011 Taurus Passenger CV No parts compatible! Help?!

Have tried 4 different suppliers , all of them inboard connection is to narrow. They're all 27 spline and I count 31 on the male spline of the intermediate shaft. Closest I have found is card one 665522 29 female spline. Tried replacing intermediate shaft but mounting locations don't align.

Contact a Ford dealer parts department with your VIN and have them look up the correct part. Get the Ford part number and see if it changes over to any aftermarket part.

Already did this, they gave us a motocraft t833 that is the same thing. The original 10 digit Ford part number is discontinued and that's what it crossed to.

Assuming you have a SHO - Other than the intermediate shaft, all parts are stock

When replacing Right CV axle you also need to replace the intermediate shaft, the mounting bracket, and all associated hardware. Once the shaft, and bracket are replaced everything will mount up the way that it's supposed to.

DG1Z-3A329-E Intermediate
DB5Z-3K305-B Bracket
all are readily available
