Hello SHO Forum,
My 014 trunk lid is rubbing the bumper cover in the rh & lh corners.
There seems to be plenty of gap.
Why or how could this be happening?
I tried to take photo but could not get a good one.

I noticed the same on mine, I think when you close the lid it hits.

Ok cool. The build quality on the SHO's seem very good. I was thinking maybe the trunk hinges might have gotten out of alignment.

Thanks again BlueSHO Went out and adjusted the bump stops. That should stop the chafing.
Just turn the bumpers to adjust.
I see a Few Taurus 013-up at night that could use this to even out the taillight alignment.
I never thought to look for the bump stops on the trunk lid itself.

Looked at my 14 and saw a rub mark on the bumper after a fast run. Suspect the spoiler down force is collapsing the rubber seal at speed. Bump stops adjusted too high.

My 2010 had the same problem, bumper stops didn't help much.
