Upgrading turbos is not inexpensive, but I can assure you the hp gain will be quite substantial if you are planning on tuning your vehicle. Not to mention you will make the same power with less boost.

We had a guy, great guy John (91hybrid) at convention run a 12.11 with tune, full exaust and meth...think that's the best way to gain maximum horsepower.

Just picked up a new 2017 PP... man what an awesome ride! Had a 97 Regal GS, and a manual trans Saab 9-3 before this car, so I'm no stranger to fast 4 doors, but this car is definitely a step above what those were.

Anyone in the Newark, DE area?
