P1413 and the ABS relay : the low cost solution
I came to scrapyard recently and I found a '99 Lincoln Continental... I first though to take the height sensors for the SARC (the same) and returning home, I realized that I forgot this $%??&! relay . I returned and start searching it around the front driver wheel... I was wrong, Ford put it at a much easier place to unbolt it (and to protect it). I took it and tryed it on mine, works good (a F3BL-2C013-AB). Better than pay 40-100$ for a used one...

I must admit that my last post here, I dug like a crazy fool to find one somewhere in Canada and find one for which I paid a high price... But when I replaced it, observing that it wasn't a good place to put electrical devices in this place (lot of water salt and dust there...), I saw that I have some lose in the wire. Then, I relocate it just in front of the battery (and tied it to another wire in the area), much easier to replace now.
I found also a '99 Ford Expedition which was supposed to have it, searched the 2 places I know, nothing. Finnaly found it at a different place too but in very bad shape due to his situation (it was falling apart)...

Long story short, mine broke because the little rubber seal (pale blue/green) into the plug was wrongly disposed between the 2 parts and let water enter corroding the contacts on the relay but also on the plug. Then, I suggest if you find one to take the electrical plug and the rubber seal with it.
Good luck,
