Overheating

my 93 SHO MTX has a broken temp guage. after racing a ******* with a bonneville SLE twice and killing him both times my check engine light came on. i turned the car off and antifreeze was pouring out. after letting it sit for awhile the resevre was full. so i started it back up drove into town and then the light came back on. when i turned it off alittle antifreeze was dripping from the bottom. then i let it sit for like half an hour while driving the rest of the way home the light came on again, but when i got home no antifreeze leaked out and the resevre was still full. do you have any ideas what might be wrong? im going to get the codes out of it soon but i just wanted an idea of what might be wrong and how much it would cost.

well if your leaking from the radiator it's spendy. If it's from the top no bid deal. My best guess would be the thermostat since your cars not dying on its own (definately a good thing). Nothings for sure until we get the codes. PULL THEM CODES
