Wern't the 93 SHO supposed to come with an 18 gallon tank but when they ran out of the 18 gallon tank they used the 16 Bucause i deffintally only have a 16 gallon on my 93 MTX and i adverage around the 220-250 mark

If 89 works for your car, it will work in town and on the highway with no effect on gas mileage. If you are mixing then that's a different story.
