Does anyone remember everything that was included in the old shoshop SC kit?

Did he not include injectors/fuel pump? I searched many threads, but couldnt track down exactly wa\hat was included as a complete kit.

Has anyone ran the kit with stock injectors?

I heard that the 47 lb injectors were hard to tune. Any one have any experience with tuning them, or know where to get a spare?

Having been there myself, I can attest to the fact that you heard correctly - the old SS 47# injectors can indeed be difficult to tune. For more on the math behind the SS 47# injectors themselves and how they stack up against the competetion, have a read through this .pdf (courtesy of Josh at SHO NUT):

Bracket with hardware and belt, piping with BOV, couplers with clamps, Lincoln 80mm Maf with adaptor plate, oil lines and fittings, S/C'r head unit with air filter, 47# SS injectors with modified fuel rails, fuel pump [add boost-a-pump for 12 psi and 15 psi kit], and an LPM.

Of course this is off the top of my head and might be missing something. Also, I can't recall if they came with UDP's or not.

Edit: I'm pretty sure they came with the battery relocation kit, too.

Just wondering, because the other day I tore down a car with a complete SS powerdine kit. 2 rings had blown out.

So I start to take apart the fuel rail, only to learn that there was stock injectors underneath. No wonder why the motor blew right? :nono: This car ran perfectly on 8psi with them, and a LPM for 2 years.

It only appeared to run perfectly..... It really wasn't, as attested to the blown ring lands.

Your right this was obvious, but I just cant understand why the injectors were never upgraded.

Was he selling these parts seperate? Not that it matters now the damage is done, its just kinda weird. Its not like the car was hacked together..
