Oil pan gasket.

Would a oil pan gasket leak if the car is not running and the oil is settled at the bottom of the pan? It looks like that is where my 89 is leaking from.

doubt it.
The oil level is well below the top of the oil pan.

It looks like its coming from the Pan area, based of where the oil currently is sitting as to where the car is parked. Hopefully the oil level sensor...

Sam, the oil level sensor is sealed with an metal O-ring gasket that can/does leak. It is still available from Ford and is only a couple bucks.

The oil level sensors also develop internal leaks. Last I checked they were still available from Ford for around $55.

Well.... I was under the car today removing the Y-Pipe to put on to Ashley's 3.2 MTX and noticed a lot of oil on the passenger side of the subframe. It may be the front main seal. The oil level sensor looked fine.
