Please Help! I am having to replace the input cluster gear shaft in my 91 SHO transmission due to missing teeth. In the process of this, I can not locate the bearing for the back end of this shaft. I know I am not the first person to have this problem so if any of you know who might have one of these please let me know. Just to be clear the number on the bearing is (ST3265-N). I believe the ford part number is (E3DZ 7025 A). I have checked and can only locate (E3FZ 7025 A) which is the wrong size from the measurements everyone gives me. It must be 1.250" I.D. and fit a cup with an O.D. of 2.5635". Both are standard sizes for after market bearings, just not together. If I can not find one of these I may have to get creative and have the shaft reground to fit a more common size bearing (last resort). I thought since I was in there I would istall a Quaife. Are there any problems I should be aware of that you more experienced SHO heads have already run into. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, I tried Drivetrain.com and Bart said he had quit selling kits because the bearings are getting hard to come by, as I am finding out. Still waiting to hear back from Consolidated Transmissions, but they are looking...

She found it!!! It must be the last one. It cost me $60, but it saves me from having to have the shaft reground. Thanks again guys for all your help.

this is the same bearing in my trans that was annialated when the diff pin blew. the pin blew, but the roll pin decided to stay in the trans. it ate up the bearing and the last gear on the input cluster shaft. along with ruining both halfs of the case.

Where did you find another one? Or I guess you had to replace the whole thing?
