So I've got check engine code 173: Right Oxygen Sensor in my '93 ATX SHO

AutoZone wants $40 for their Bosch O2 sensor.

or i can get it online for like $38.

and i've seen the "HEGO" O2 sensor...shoshop says it's $79. also have seen "Denso" for around $78

is there any real difference here? i apologize for my lack of knowledge in this department, but which brand of sensor do YOU recommend/use?

Thanks in advance.

IIRC, Bosch = OEM Mfg'r.

Autozone, $40 isn't bad; Pep Boys was $49 + tax each around here. So, you're going to go online & wait a week for $2, vs. getting it tomorrow for $40? :)

yeah if i get bosch it will be from A-zone.

i was just wondering about the merit of the other ones.
does it matter that i have Sho-Shop Y-pipe and other various goodies?

Nope, no matter. Bosch's come in 3 lengths though. You shouldn't need more than the middle length, usually the short ones fit.
