About 500 miles ago I got four new tokico struts along with four new Eibach springs installed in my 92' MTX. After reading posts such as My God what a difference struts make I am really not too happy with my results.

I still have about the same amount of "lift" in the front when I take off, and I'm still a little bouncy around corners. I even raised up the car to check and make sure they put on all of my parts.

I dont know what i can do to make it feel better. My brother has a mustang GT and my SHO sure as **** could not handle like that.

Somebody please help me with some ideas, i paid a lot for that and am feeling quite discouraged.

To add to what he said,Subframe connectors will do wonders,as you most likely have more flex do to stiffer suspension.

And to add on all of that, it's been said that the softest setting on the Koni struts is still stiffer than the tokicos. The struts control the rebound (expansion cycle) the springs control the compression cycle. From what you are describing, you have the struts to blame, possibly the eibachs are too soft for the rear, allowing it to squat as well.

Lets not focus on what I COULD have done....

Otherwise, great ideas guys, what are STB's?

I'm just simply pointing out why you are feeling what you are, not trying to tell you what you should have done.
