Yep I am staying now and I already moved to another bigger house here in the bay. I couldn't get a good enough loan, my only option was a 12 to 18 percent variable loan and that could have costs me another 10 to 20 thousand dollars. So I decided to wait and maybe go at a later date. So if the business stays like it is I will be looking for another SHO maybe, in a while. It sucks but I am here to stay.... SHOless.

work on your credit for awhile and you should be able to get a decent APR.
get a few credit cards with good terms (30 days same as cash) and pay them off before each billing cycle. after a year or so you should have no problems.
