Hi
Can I play here? Seems like the liveliest place,
I have a 2013 Police Interceptor 3.5 Ecoboost. It was an unmarked car in a mountain county in Colorado.
Impact blue without a spotlight and a real back seat so it looks like a standard Taurus except for the little black Police Interceptor badge. But it really seems to be a SHO PP in disguise.
First project was replacing the 18" megaphones the dealer had installed in place of the mufflers on a no resonator system. 250 mile trip home and my ears rang for a while. Fortunately the stock mufflers were included and are now back on.
Second project was an RX catch can and that will need a bit of time to see how it does.
Water is next :) Then with a clean engine I will see about a tune.

Welcome, yes, even tho you have a PI :D But we do require pictorial proof prior to admission! The catch can should do better in the winter time, and the best position for it is somewhere in the fenderwell.

My daughter was following me home up I5 in her mini and was admiring the rolling speed bump effect of having the words POLICE INTERCEPTOR in small letters on the back of the car. I was keeping to ~5 over in the slow lane to keep the real police happy so I wasn't really impeding traffic.

yeah, it really bugs me that when people see a cop on the freeway, they suddenly have to go 5 under the speed limit for the next 4 miles just to be safe...
