I can’t see the question please help
Hey guys I’m looking for a permanent cap for the noisemaker delete. Right now I’m using a 2inch quick pluming cap and it holds but I’m always having to tighten it back down or fix it. Thank guys5353cf559b29b8f51626078da0d7d36e

I put a expandable freeze plug in mine until I bought my EPP kit. You can also buy just the noisemaker delete from EPP or buy the pipe from a Lincoln.

Cap plug with the middle cut out and a screen epoxied in place? Hose clamp to keep it in place.
I try to stay away from cheap rubber that could crack without you knowing.

I'm sorry, I think I read your message wrong. You are trying to keep it from making the blow off sound, correct?
My setup I explained is the polar opposite. I made a cap with a screen epoxied to it so I could hear the blow off but particular could not enter the intake.

I have done some trial and error after reading here and ordered Dorman Expansion Plug 02603, When it showed up the collapsed size was EXACTLY the size of the hole at 1.5", so based on that I searched the next size down and found this: Dorman Expansion Plug 02602 This one expands to the size of the hole (for my car at least) I have yet to order it, just been busy. but based on dormans description and my own experiance 02602 should fit in the hole perfectly when tightened down. I could not get 02603 to even fit in the hole
