I paid on June 4th, deleted the powder coat and am still sucking wind while my build sits in the driveway during the best part of the year. Had I been told about the long lead time I would have modified my police interceptor charge pipe which comes from the factory with the sound silencer removed...We've installed meth bungs in these with success. The hard part is getting the bung 6" before the throttle plate.

We have 4 police interceptors. This is a couple pictures of the police interceptor charge pipe with 1/8" NPT meth bung and kit installed. If you don't want to spend $300 on the eliminating the silencer the PI intake pipe is the way to go

My car isn't down waiting for the delete pipe, it's just annoying that I've been waiting so long for something with a 2 week lead time

Did you email Mike? What was the response? 8s he on vacation? Look I don't know the guy at all just ordering some hot pipe and air filter box in the next couple of weeks. He has been very responsive to my questions and yes there were several weeks wait. Complaining here over and over is not going to get it resolved any quicker.

You can get a temporary PI pipe from ebay on the cheap to hold you over as Highway pointed out.

Like I said my car isn't down because of it. So I don't need a PI pipe. I have emailed Lee at Ortiz who is the one that sold it to me and haven't heard back on 3 seperate messages asking about it

I purposely ordered it in natural, (no finish), to expedite receiving the piece.
Yes they do respond quickly.
Just pointing out I’m in my 7th week of waiting..Something someone placing an order “might” want to know when placing an order..
It’s obvious they are having a vendor issue.

He ordered through Ortiz - not direct. Mine was painted and arrived 5-6 weeks later - it was not as long as this. So this thread really should be focused not on EcoPP.

Crazy to think you gave them a cut of the money just to get worse service. If a charge back on the credit card isn't an option, I'd go make a post on facebook. Their stooges will send Lee screenshots and he'll get back to you quick. Nothing worse than looking bad on facebook to them. Just don't make a youtube video about it or they'll threaten to sue you.

Hey there!

Another option might be to find yourself the lincoln intake pipe (it has no noisemaker). if you're looking for a part number, use tascaparts. Here is one for the 2015 MKS, which I ordered and have installed on my SHO. You can find it under Cooling System > Intercooler.
