When I had the test result of 1.5 - 2.5Volts, I had the connector unplugged. With the connecter plugged into the IRCM I used the test light only. Pin 24's voltage plugged into the IRCM is 12.24Volts.

If you have the correct power for the PCM, you will now need to verify the harness is supplying it (along with the ground) to the PCM. If those are correct, then the PCM is most likely at fault.

That's what I was fearing, a faulty PCM. What's the approach at testing the voltage at the PCM?

This morning my reman PCM came in at work. Immediately went home on my lunch break to install. Turned the key..."CLICK"..."CLICK"...she roared to life!!! Been drivint it like crazy to get the PCM to learn.
