No fuel..then too much fuel..gassy smell

Ok heres the deal. Most of the time my SHO is broken down now. It wasnt so bad when the weather was cooler but as it has heated up its alot worse. Sometimes I go to start it and the fuel pump wont prime. And to make sure thats what it was I used my wire from the battery to amp in the trunk and connected it to the fuel pump wire that runs into the inertia switch in the trunk. When I do that the fuel pump primes every time. Now other times it starts right up but then acts like its flooded and dies off and wont start again for at least an hour. But on the times it actually does run it gets very gassy inside the car. Ideas? On another note also it recently started doing something else I dont understand. When either stopped or going slow it vibrates really bad when you crank the wheel left or right. Just started doing this also. I love driving this car but with all the issues recently I posted it for sale on Craigslist for much cheaper than I paid for it. So i'd rather these problems be a simple fix so I can change my mind and keep the car. My wife is getting tired of me taking her car.
