I'm pretty sure this is including all mods listed, don't think 12.4 is possible tune only..............yet.

They do include the bolt on's, but you guy's must not have read old post's on this forum about times and mods. That's ok, because any tuner will not recommend there tune without intake and exhaust modifications for best results. My times are all about the tune with no power adders such as nitrous, meth or physical modifications to the engine.

My next times and MPH will be with a ton more mods, so catch me if you can.

What Springs are you running, and are your wheels/tires light-weight? Any other car mods?

H&R springs and running heavy GFX-OR9 wheel and Yokohama Spec-x tires. Not the best W/T for drag racing.

...catch me if you can... That is precisely my objective for next year... this year too as a matter of fact. If conditions can be good this Saturday, that would be my last opportunity.
Cheers!

Amen Steve, Don't envy me, be better than me! Makes us better people.

Oh, I will beat you next. ;)
Are your wheels 20's'' and are they lighter than factory's 20''? I guess that would be worth it to invest in lighter wheels next year, because now the OEM are just too heavy!
For next year, I think I am going with meth injection kit too... From what I read about it so far, it just makes sense.
I presume I will need that 170 thermo radiator from Torrie to go with it. I hope to have enough $$$ to make it happen. Actually, I hope to have enough $$$ to provide for all my family's needs, then some left overs to play with. Because, I don't think it would be fair to them not to go top Mexico ( my wife is from there, so all her family is still there), so that my car could go faster, right? lol!
Finally, I hope that with all that, the tranny holds up... My base guarantee (60K km) is ending next week... I wouldn't like to pay for all the mods and then for a tranny!

yes, but between you and I, once you have a tune, meth injection kit, radiator, echaust, etc. It is difficult to make it pass under warranty!

Torrie's 170 deg T-stat is around $75. He sells the 3 bar MAPv sensor for around $100.
W/M systems start at $300. and go up to $50.0+. KB Boost-a-pump is around $250. All of these things can be installed by idiots like me! LOL

If you can live with 18" wheels, TSW Interlagos in 18" x 9" (32 offset) weigh under 19 lbs and are available from Discount tire for $1,040. shipped less any rebates. (currently $70.)

They made me a real deal today.. set of 4 -18"x9" Interlagos wheels ($260. ea) + 2 Nitto 05R 285-40-18 Drag Radials ($299 ea), mounted, RF balanced & heat cycling for $1,520. shipped. These drag radials are 27" tall, which is the same exact size as my 255-45-18 Conti DW's.

Darreli has the Interlagos in 20" x 8.5" but that size is a bit more.

Speaking from experience, all of this is much cheaper than the Headers, Exhaust, Non-DOD cam kit, Porting, tuning & stall converter, which is necessary to get a G8 GT into the low 12's- high 11's.

I see you mention intake... and I see the Airaid in a lot of sigs here... Has anyone done any actual track testing of the Airaid? I did some back to back testing at the track and found the Airaid actually slow me down... so just curious how it performed at the track in the SHOs... ????

Perhaps the thread title should have been:
New time to beat with tune, CAI, exhaust, radiator, thermostat, lowering

I dont know about that, if you read back at some earlier posts. My car really didnt make anymore real world power with a CAI and exhaust.

I did a track test with it. Picked up practically nothing. Made a pass showroom stock. bolted it on and made another pass. I think with more mods it becomes more of benefit, but on a stock car mainly just there for looks.
