Back by popular demand, in fact the count is already down to 4, a new run of adaptor plates to mate the AeroStar's removable bell housing from the late 80's to the Ford T-5 found in Mustangs.

This will allow you to bolt the V-6 SHO motor to the Borg Warner T-5 ( ID tag numbers 1352-219, 1352-220, 1352-236, 1352-238, 1352-242, 1352-246, 1352-253. It is only these models of the T-5 that have the 7.85" long input shaft, needed to reach the pilot bearing in the SHO's crankshaft. I can also sell you the pilot bearing or bushing.

There was a large price increase from the machinist since now he KNOWS for certain how much work is involved, but I will eat that increase; I'm not doing this for the income, but because this motor deserves better.

The count is down to 4 because RECLMTR has bought one. Whenever someone paypals me the money, I will post their screen name here so that they will know they have one coming.

I will only ship these assembled with the hardware now (nuts, bolts, studs, washers) and the cost is 260.00. This includes the shipping and a 10.00 donation to the Forum. My Paypal is [email protected].

These should be done by the 30th of May.

YAY! They're finally done. I'm picking them up on Saturday afternoon when I drop off the patterns for the SHO throttle body plate and 1/8" intake-to-head thermal isolators.

I think there are two adaptors left in case anybody needs one.

And replied to. (damn prepositions! I hear they are a bad thing to end a sentence with.)

Only one adaptor left. Only two pilot bearings left.

Chris, you owe me and the interest is piling up fast....

Hey Tom, would these be the same pilot bushings needed for the M5OD tranny? The input shaft on the M5 is 15mm. I'll take both bearings if they'll work, and if you've got a bushing, I'll take that too.
