Need help quick for tuning with LMS downpipes

Tuner says 93 per v8 TS DP OR 93 perf v8 3 bar I just installed downpipes car already has 3 bar what tune do I pick.....I'm assuming the one that says "DP" MEANS DOWNPIPES I'm going with that

That coding means that the calibrator built you a 93 Performance, Version 8, Thermostat and Downpipe tune.

okay, but when I chose that tune and fired the car up when it was done....the car was hesitating and the check engine light came on....I immediately shut the car off and loaded the 93 -3 bar tune on it and it ran great......should I try the 93 ts dp tune again? which tune is stronger that one or the 93-3 bar? or I should say which one would take advantage of the downpipes the most

If you have a 3 BAR installed you have to load a 3 BAR labeled tune. If the 3 BAR tune did not produce a CEL it sounds like the calibrator just mislabeled your tune by leaving out the "DP" in the tune name.

okay yea I loaded the 93-3 bar after that and it ran great, ill just leave the other tune alone in case it was a mis label........but the 93 -3 bar does register that the downpipes are on the car right? I did notice quick acceleration so im assuming it does I have no check engine light no nothing and the car is running great

If there is no CEL then, yes it is a DP tune. The car would not run well if it were not a DP tune, and it would produce a CEL.

awesome.......thank you guys again for the great mods you have to offer for these cars.....I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car ! downpipes were designed perfectly and installed in about 30 mins with no need for fabrication.....I will continue to recommend all ecoboost owners to you guys.....Thanks!

So far the 93 V8 3bar tune for my '13 feels stronger than the tune for my '12 that I traded in. Tonight I will find out.
