It's pouring not sure if my brother will still want to do it today... I got subframe and I just gotta pick up bushings whenever and the rack I'm gettin on my way home today. If not today probably tomorrow it will be done.

While your at it new sway bar bushings. They would be much easier to replace when the subframe is out.

You could likely get ALSB from Josh quick enough if you email him.

I think one thing you are over looking here is the rust that is still on the body of the car. I would not recommend putting alsb on car with that much rust on it. If you dont't have access to a sand blaster i would rent one and then coat it with something like por15. I would also use the gen III sfb.

New subframe is up, the one I got had decent rear bushings so I used them and my old front that were fine, I'll post a pic or two when I get a chance job was not fun to do in my driveway all day in the freezing cold did power steering rack also car drives mint besides needs alignment super bad doing tomorrow at school hopefully. Feels good to have it all done tho.. I'll do gen III bushings when I have the money really in need right now. And blue2ndgen what you said about sand blastin is exactly what I want to do but I don't want to do myself and I'm not sure how much it would cost.. Or where would do it for a decent price I can't afford much. If you know somewhere reasonable let me know, Thanks

I would just go to the nearest equipment rental and rent a sand blaster and a fairly descent size air compressor unless you can borrow one. I would Imagine this route would be cheaper than taking it to a shop to have it done.

Glad you got it fixed and back on the road!

As for the framerail/floorpan of the car, I wouldn't sandblast it. At most, I would wire brush to remove the heavy corrosion then POR15. If the corrosion is really bad, you may need to weld in a square of reinforcing sheetmetal to the rear SF mounting area.
